We hire sparingly, expect a lot, and give engineers real domain context — coasts, grids, factories, fleets, the hardware they all sit on. If you have shipped to real customers in a real domain and want to build the intelligence layer for the physical world, we should talk.
How we hire
You will talk to two engineers first — not recruiters. We look at code or design work you have actually shipped. We send a paid project (4-8 hours, real, useful work) instead of a take-home pretend problem. Final round is on-site or video, scaffolded around the real work.
Every offer is documented with a written rubric of why we think you are a fit and what we expect you to ship in the first 90 days. No surprises. No reneging.
